Position: Purchase Assistant

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Purchase Assistant to join in our Procurement team. Candidates have supply chain management process knowledge & experience in Building materials Procurement. UAE experience is not mandatory and freshers can also apply
Job Responsibility:
· Coordinate with store department and collect all purchase request
· Prepare purchase order
· Research potential vendors
· Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
· Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
· Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
· Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
