Position: Quantity Surveyor

Requirements & Responsibilities:

·     Preparation of Bill of quantities and detailed and accurate
·     Manage and oversee project budget in coordination with Cost control department.
·     CVR Cost Value Reconciliation.
·     Continuous reporting on subcontractors, cost and progress.
·     Proficiency in quantity take-off preparation from drawings
·     Assist Prepare the interim valuation for payment Application Client As per the Sr. QS/PM Guideline.
·     Evaluate and prepare subcontract payment certificate
·     Ensure the SC Payment certificate ERP System as per the company policy.
·     Assisting to the Sr. Qs in Preparing &submitting the new rate analysis for the items varies from
·     IFC Drawings / Specification / Instruction.
·     Maintain the Payment Log
·     Maintain the variation Log ,calculation and management
·     Keeping track of material ordering in coordination with project management team.
·     Assisting Cost Control with Continuous value appraisal of the project.
·     Strong analytical skills.
·     Attention to details and problem solving.
·     Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
·     Excellent communication skills
·     Contracts frameworks familiarity is an advantage.
·     Must have experience in
·     Civil construction estimation.
·     Bachelor degree qualification is mandatory
