    Position: Property Hand-Over Executive
    Location: Dubai

    Key Responsibilities:
    ·     Handling DLD Registrations & Property Transfers: Manage the necessary processes for Dubai Land Department (DLD) registrations and the transfer of property ownership.
    ·     Document Management: Ensure all legal documentation required for property transactions is accurately handled, organized, and filed.
    ·     Pre-Handover Coordination: Oversee and coordinate preparations before property handovers, ensuring all conditions and specifications are met.
    ·     Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to schedule and coordinate handovers, address any concerns, and provide necessary information.
    ·     Ensuring Property Standards: Ensure that the property/unit meets agreed-upon specifications before facilitating the transfer of ownership.
    ·     Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the handover process.
    ·     Professional Communication: Maintain a professional and responsive communication style with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
    ·     Liaising with Offices: Follow up with various offices to ensure smooth handover and registration processes.

    Requirements:
    ·     A bachelor’s degree is required.
    ·     Experience in freehold real estate sales, ideally within the Dubai market.
    ·     Strong understanding of freehold properties, related regulations, and relevant procedures.
    ·     RERA Certification: Advantageous, though not mandatory.
    ·     Valid UAE Driver’s License: Required for the role.
    ·     Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team
    ·     Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
