Are you a passionate and skilled CHEF DE PARTIE with a flair for Italian cuisine?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare high-quality Italian dishes, adhering to recipes and standards.
· Assist the Sous Chef in daily operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
· Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
· Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
· Contribute to menu development and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining Italian restaurant.
· Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Food Safety Certification (preferred).
