Urgent Hiring: Sr System Engineer
Location : Dubai

Desired Candidate Profile:
·     Bachelor’s degree in technology related fields or equivalent.
·     Microsoft Certification -MCSA/MCSE/Azure etc…
·     12-15 Years, minimum 8 years in IT Windows -Microsoft technologies administration support.
·     Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with at least 10-12 + years of experience in managing complex IT Enterprise environments.
·     Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, Windows, operating systems, including system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and administration.
·     Having good experience in Microsoft Teams enterprise-level administration
·     Experience managing ITSM tools and tickets with SLA.
·     Proficiency in managing Vendor SLA and support tickets.
·     In-depth knowledge of Windows server environments, clustering, RDS and File servers
·     In-depth knowledge of Microsoft exchange servers and email gateways with mail flow and troubleshooting skills
·     In-depth knowledge to manage and troubleshooting Microsoft AD/Azure Entra (Azure AD)
·     The candidate must have a 2-year’ experience in Manage Engine products like AD Manager/AD Audit/File Audit.
·     Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or any other) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle) are added advantages.
·     Extending support within the IT department and other department to fulfill the business needs.
