    WE’RE HIRING : Exciting Opportunity: Executive Chef – @ Dukes the Palm 5-Star Hotel, Palm Jumeirah

    Are you a visionary culinary leader with a passion for delivering extraordinary dining experiences?

    As the Executive Chef, you will lead a team of world-class chefs to craft unforgettable gastronomic experiences across our signature restaurants, banqueting, and in-room dining. You will have the creative freedom to innovate while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
    • Participate in sales and public relations initiatives to maximize F&B and resort positioning and performance.
    • Implement financial strategies to maximize F&B performance.
    • Ensure the highest food quality and presentation.
    • Responsible for food safety in kitchens in line with local and Environment Health Consultancy (EHC) standards.
    • Develop a diverse menu reflecting global culinary trends.
    • Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse culinary team.
    • Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Manage inventory, budgeting, and food costs to control effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine-dining establishment.
    • Expertise in creative menu designs with a flair for attractive presentations.
    • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
    • Passion for innovative cuisine and working with high-quality ingredients.
    • Diploma/Degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
