    Position: Customer Care Executive

    FMC Network is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to support members and partners within its growing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have experience in healthcare or insurance support.

    Key Responsibilities:
    · Support members, providers, and insurance partners with accurate and timely information
    · The candidate should understand the different aspects of the Healthcare Platform and have a good understanding of medical policies and terminology
    · Handle queries related to approvals, claims, and policy benefits
    · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case management
    · Uphold service quality standards and compliance requirements
    · Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 service model

    Qualifications & Experience:
    · Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or a related field
    · Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in Medical Insurance / TPA is a strong advantage
    · Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
    · A proactive, customer-focused mindset
