Position: Sr. Accountant – Receivables
Company Name: Admirals

Admirals is currently looking for a Sr. Accountant – Receivables to join their finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounts receivable, reconciliations, and credit control within the FMCG trading industry.
Responsibilities:
· Generating rebate credit notes and account statements
· Performing account reconciliations and preparing aging reports
· Review Credit Limit, Credit Terms and monitor customer movement on a regular basis
· Work with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop better repayment terms
· Bank reconciliation (Cash, Cheque, Bank transfers) and passing journal entries for necessary accounts
· Reviewing KYC and creating customer code in ERP system
· Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries from the sales team
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG Trading industry
· Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software
· Experience in JDE is an added advantage
· Immediate joiner preferred
