SIBCA is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· ACCA qualified or ACCA finalist preferred
· Minimum 7+ years of accounting experience
· Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems and implementation
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage general ledger entries and daily accounting transactions
· Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing processes
· Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
· Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities
· Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
· Assist with internal and external audits
· Respond to queries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
· Support ERP implementation and system improvements
