    Position: Retail Admin Coordinator

    Location: UAE (Supporting UAE, Qatar & KSA Operations)

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Admin Coordinator to support retail operations across the UAE, Qatar, and KSA. This role plays a key part in connecting HR, retail operations, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination between store teams and Head Office.

    Key Responsibilities:
    · Act as the primary point of contact for store-level HR queries
    · Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
    · Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
    · Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers
    · Assist with store operations, coordination, and audit processes
    · Support store openings, closures, and compliance requirements
    · Prepare reports, sales analysis, and management updates
    · Manage administrative tasks and internal communication

    Requirements:
    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
    · 5–7 years of experience in administration (retail, luxury, or beauty industry preferred)
    · Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
    · Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
    · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    · Good understanding of HR processes and retail operations
