Position: Mid-Level IT Infrastructure Specialist

Looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Mid-Level IT Infrastructure Specialist to support IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in server management and infrastructure operations, particularly within regulated and transaction-heavy environments such as insurance or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support and manage IT infrastructure operations
· Maintain and monitor servers and critical systems
· Ensure minimal downtime and high system availability
· Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions
· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and issue resolution
· Maintain proper documentation and system records
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
· 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure (preferably in insurance, TPA, or financial services environments)
· Strong experience in server management
· Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)
· Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
· Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
· Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, etc.
