📌 Requirements:
- Immediate Joiners Only
- It is required to have at least a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE’s facilities management sector (facility coordination, project management, or real estate).
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, engineering or similar field
- Proficient in Facilities Management (FM) software.
- Proficiency in office software
- Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
- Ability to respond to building emergencies and multitask.
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
