– Experience: 1+ years in IT support, desktop support, or related fields.
– Skills:
– Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, wireless).
– Proficiency in Linux/Unix and MS Windows systems.
– Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
– Certifications: Relevant IT certifications are a plus (CCNA,MCSA, etc.).

What You’ll Do:
– Provide technical support to end-users.
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
– Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
– Assist with deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure.
