Position: IT Support Engineer -Arabic Speaker
Job location : Abu Dhabi
Looking for Arabic nationality candidates only
Experience: Adequate experience in IT helpdesk operations, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Technical Support: Proficiency in providing technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues resolution, and user assistance.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner.
