Position: Office Administrator

Are you a proactive and organized professional looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are hiring a Full-Time Office Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operations at our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily office operations and ensure operational efficiency.
-Coordinate with departments to complete administrative tasks promptly.
-Manage calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
-Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed.
-Oversee vendor management, including purchase order processing and payment tracking.
-Supervise support staff, including cleaners and drivers.
-Arrange pickup and drop services as required.
-Provide administrative support to Facilities, HR, and Executive Assistants.
-Prepare workspaces for new employees and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
