As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi!

About the Role:
As a Sr. QA/QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our precast and pre-stressed concrete systems. From conducting quality audits and inspections to implementing quality control and assurance standards, your expertise will drive excellence in every project we undertake.

What You’ll Do:
·     Perform quality control and assurance tasks to meet industry standards.
·     Lead quality audits and inspections for precast and pre-stressed concrete systems.
·     Analyze data and recommend quality improvements.
·     Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
·     Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions across infrastructure, residential, commercial, and marine projects.

What We’re Looking For:
·     Experience: At least 5 years of precast industry experience.
·     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
·     Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing.
·     Strong knowledge of quality standards in precast and concrete systems.
·     Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
