Position: Factory Operations Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Factory Operations Coordinator to join our Joinery Department immediately. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with Factory Manager.
Position Overview:
The Factory Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the Joinery department. This role requires strong Excel, MS Office as exceptional documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow-Up on LPOs: Follow up on the issuance of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and ensure all documents are processed promptly.
· Site Coordination: Confirm project details and arrange the necessary site staff for the execution of projects.
· Projects: Assist with special initiatives and tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Joinery Background/ Fit Out).
· Experience: At least 2 years of experiences
· Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in MS Office: Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), along with calendar management tools.
· Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
