Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor

Spectrum Cube is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor who can join immediately or within 7 days. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP works, cost estimation, and project cost control while effectively coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Quantity take-offs and cost estimation for MEP works
· BOQ preparation and variation management
· Project cost control and monitoring
· Subcontractor evaluation and coordination
· Preparing payment applications in line with project requirements
· Reviewing drawings, contracts, and coordinating with project teams
Requirements:
· Immediate or within 7 days joining availability
· Experience in MEP systems and project coordination
· Strong knowledge of drawings and contracts
