Position: Program Manager

Duration: 12-month extendable contract
Halian is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of major IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Change Management projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Project Performance Management:
· Define roles, responsibilities, and resource plans
· Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards
· Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and stakeholder engagement
Project Planning & Initiation:
· Conduct technical reviews, architecture analysis, and project scoping
· Develop project charters, RFPs, and initiation documents
· Produce project plans, risk registers, and governance structures
Execution, Monitoring & Control:
· Track progress, deliverables, issues, and change requests
· Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation
· Coordinate delivery reviews, acceptance sign-off, and post-go-live support readiness
