Position: Senior Network & Security Engineer
Location: Dubai

Budget: Approx.20,000 AED

Key Responsibilities:
·     Network Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot various network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
·     Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement business solutions using standard network equipment to support performance and scalability.
·     Network Security: Configure and manage Cisco ACI, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco firewalls to maintain robust security and optimal network performance. Implement security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and micro-segmentation.
·     Monitoring and Diagnostics: Continuously monitor network performance and diagnose issues, utilizing tools like SolarWinds and Riverbed to ensure efficient network operations.
·     Load Balancing: Deploy and manage F5 and Citrix load balancers to support application delivery and strengthen network security.
·     Security Assessments: Regularly perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and implement remediation measures.
·     Documentation: Maintain updated system documentation, network diagrams, security policies, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
·     Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations, security teams, and other departments to integrate security practices across the organization.
·     Compliance and Incident Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies related to information security and promptly report incidents to senior management.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
·     Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Certifications -mandatory
·     CCNP Routing & Switching, Security & Data Center
·     PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer)
·     Fortinet NSE
·     CCIE Routing/Switching, Security & Data Center

Experience
·     7–10 years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering, particularly with ACI, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco technologies, routing/switching, security, data center, and Wi-Fi environments.

Skills and Competencies
·     Deep experience into network security principles and experience with F5 load balancers (ASM/WAF, APM, GTM), ACI, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco solutions.
·     Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex network issues.
