We are currently looking for experienced Service Advisors to join an Automotive After Sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and insurance processes.
Job Role Includes:
· Receiving customer vehicles and understanding service requirements
· Handling insurance-related repair cases and approvals
· Preparing job cards and cost estimates
· Coordinating with workshop team and insurance providers
· Providing clear updates to customers
· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive aftersales
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
· Knowledge of insurance claims process (accident repairs, approvals, coordination with insurance companies)
· Ability to handle customer queries and workshop coordination
· English speaking (Arabic is an advantage)
· Must be currently available in Qatar
